Christian leads the international OC&C retail practice and works with leading national and international retailers, consumer and leisure companies. He worked with retailers and wholesalers in a wide range of sectors e.g. ranging from grocery, apparel, consumer electronics to DIY. He is familiar with all strategic issues of classical “Brick and mortar” businesses as well as the current multichannel challenges.
In most of its work Christian focused on a superior understanding of the consumer buying behaviour and using these insides to optimize e.g. the price, promotion or format strategy. Apart from its corporate work he was involved in many strategic due diligence processes.
