Turkmen's areas of expertise cover almost all aspects of strategy, operations and M&A activity within the TMT and Consumer industries, with extensive experience in Turkey, Middle East and Gulf Markets.
Locally, he works with prominent corporate clients in identifying value, dealing with the challenges of growth, portfolio rationalization, corporate re-structuring and other sources of strategic concern. He is very active in the M&A and due-diligence field working with major investors on buy and sell side transactions.
Internationally, he has worked with some of the largest Telecommunications, Media and Consumer organizations in the broader Middle East, including projects on strategy, corporate governance and value generation activities.
His experience includes work on developing new businesses, corporate portfolio optimization and go-to-market and growth strategies to unlock addressable opportunities in multiple markets.
